Endorsement for SITEL
Endorsement. This is it! Time to rock once again. Hope I've already managed my slips most especially my shaking voice according to the previous interviewer. But at least, I know the real score regarding on our last endorsement. WE ACTUALLY PASSED BEFORE! But because the company is under freeze hiring, the interviewer decided to failed us and we have to focus more on the improvement of our skills. The said thing about that is we have to undergo LAP again. Waste of time and effort but still that motivates me to do better this time.
